BIOGRAPHY
Yangtao Wang was born in June 1993. He is currently a full-time lecturer at the School of Computer Science and Cyber Engineering, Guangzhou University, Guangzhou, China. He received a Ph.D. degree from Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2021. Prior to his Ph.D. journey, he received a B.S. degree from the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, Hubei University, Wuhan, China, in 2015. His current main research interests include computer vision, multi-modal representation and graph neural network. He has published papers in international conferences and journals including SIGMOD, DATE, DAC, ICME, IJCAI, CIKM, ICMR, World Wide Web Journal, Pattern Recognition, IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, etc. He got ADMA 2018 Best Student Paper Runner-up Award and APWeb-WAIM 2019 Best Paper Runner-up Award. He served as a reviewer for international conferences and journals including AAAI, IJCAI, ICME, TKDE, etc.
